You should not have to be your own general contractor.
Masons, plumbers, electricians, tilers, painters, paving crews, interior designers and landscapers — plus the materials to supply all of it. One contract, one point of contact, foundation to finish.
Nairobi and the surrounding counties. We reply the same day.
The problem
Every handover is a fresh negotiation with a fresh unknown
You contract a mason. When the walls are up you go looking for a plumber. Then an electrician, a tiler, a painter, someone for the gypsum, someone for the paving, and — usually last, usually rushed — someone for the interior.
Nobody owns the seam between trades, so the seams are where the budget and the schedule leak. You end up running the project whether you wanted the job or not.
What we do instead
We carry the whole thing: drawings, county approvals, a priced bill of quantities, every trade, and the programme that sequences them. You get one quotation and one person to call.
And because we supply the materials too, the spec on the drawing is the spec that arrives on site.
What we do
Five pillars, one contract
Each of these stands on its own. The reason to take more than one from us is that the joins stop being your problem.
Construction
The full build, and the paperwork that comes before it
Paving
Driveways, walkways and compounds, laid to last
Interior Design
Continuous with the build, not a separate engagement
Landscaping
Grounds, hardscaping and the details at the boundary
Materials Supplies
Known spec, known price, delivered on site
Materials
A catalogue with the millimetres on it
30 products across walling, cladding, architectural accents, paving slabs and paving stones — filterable by size and by what the surface has to carry.
Next step
Tell us about the job
Send the brief, or the quantities if you already know them. We reply the same day, and we will tell you if it is not a job for us.
