NairoBuild is a Nairobi contractor covering construction, paving, interior design, landscaping and building supplies. The point is not the list — it is that one party is answerable for all of it.
Why we work this way
The seams between trades are where projects fail
A build in Nairobi is usually assembled from separately contracted trades. Each one is competent at its own scope and responsible for nothing outside it, so the client ends up holding every handover: chasing the electrician to arrive before the plasterer closes the wall, discovering that the tiles specified in the drawing are not the tiles that were delivered.
That coordination is real work, and when nobody is paid to do it, the client does it for free — with no leverage and no programme.
What that changes in practice
We hold the drawings, the county approvals, the bill of quantities, the trades and the sequence between them. One quotation, one programme, one person to call when something slips.
Because we also supply the materials, the specification on the drawing is the specification that reaches the site.

What to expect
You get a scope before you get a number
A quotation that arrives without a written scope is a number you cannot hold anyone to. We describe what is included and what is not, then price that.
We quote, we do not sell online
Nothing on this site has a checkout. Every job differs by site access, ground conditions and finish level, so the funnel ends in a conversation and a priced quotation rather than a cart.
Load ratings are a safety claim, not a selling point
Where a paving product has not been confirmed for vehicle loads, the catalogue shows nothing rather than an optimistic guess. A driveway that fails under a car is not a marketing problem.
Your details are used to answer you
We do not sell or share enquiry data. The privacy notice sets out what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

Nairobi and the surrounding counties. If you are outside that and the project is large enough to be worth the travel, ask — talk to us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
